Servidor Local

Servidor Local is a point of connection, a forum where dialogue takes place; it is, in essence, a refuge for ideas, diversity, and exchanges. As a platform, it gives impetus to cultural, art, and design projects that champion discourses with an impact on society, seeking to benefit the immediate environment and can be dispersed along the path of visitors.

As a physical space, it hosts exhibitions, installations, presentations, and workshops that encourage contact between different languages and interests. Through its open call, Servidor Local remains receptive to the proposals of those who seek to shape their ideas or are interested in exhibiting them. It has a bookstore, made up of books and book-objects from independent, self-managed, and (self-)sustainable publishers to give visibility to new proposals within the publishing field.

A place in constant transformation, with the change they seek to provide a space for dialogue with multiple agents and proposals of different natures, where they converge from empathy and resilient listening. They transform with their contents, exhibitions, exhibitors, and visitors. The space is mutable all the time. Inside, it can become a hall, a forum, and a venue for courses and workshops. Outside, it can be nomadic and settle in other places.
