Portátil-Phos

At Servidor Local, a curatorial tour of the exhibition Portátil-Phos will be led by Pamela Ballesteros.

During the visit, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the perspective of the exhibition’s conceptual author and engage in a conversation with her about this sound art project in podcast format.

PAMELA BALLESTEROS
Pamela Ballesteros holds a degree in Art History from Casa Lamm. An independent curator, her work focuses on the use of social media as a tactical archival medium and on materialities viewed through the lens of human scale. She taught the seminar Entornos a las narrativas digitales at the Institute for Anthropological Research (UNAM) in 2023 and 2025. She participated in the program for DIM (Día Internacional de los Museos [International Museum Day]) in 2022 and served as a juror for the 2nd Sculpture Competition “Sí al desarme, Sí a la paz”, organized by the Citizen Council and the Government of Mexico City. Her writing has been published in Mexico and Colombia. She also collaborated with the Curatorial and Education Departments of the Museum of Mexico City (Ministry of Culture).
