As part of the Tierra Caliente exhibition—an outcome of Plataforma’s first residency program—artist Ariana Díaz and anthropologist Frida Oros will lead a workshop exploring memory through territory, displacement, and familial gastronomic heritage, using the kitchen as an archaeological and social space to reflect on the past, present, and future.
Through personal memory, participants will trace a historical line around food and family meals, resulting in an autobiographical recipe book.
