Ecstatic Dance offers a safe space to move freely. This encounter, guided by live music, invites your body to explore movement in its entirety. The meeting will take place in a sober atmosphere, without words and barefoot.
Hours: 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (free entry and exit during these hours).
Duration: 1 session.

Additional information: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to facilitate movement. You can bring socks if you prefer, but wearing shoes on the slopes is prohibited. Don't forget your water bottle. No previous experience required.
