
Creación de juguete sonoro
At Servidor Local, a guided tour and workshop for children, Creación de juguete sonoro, will take place as part of the exhibition Portátil-Phos.
Participants will be invited to engage with and reflect on the works in the exhibition, after which they will record a sound composition and create a sculpture based on it.
This activity is designed for children between the ages of 6 and 11 and will be led by María José Ordóñez.
Fee: MXN $250 (materials included). A 50% discount will be offered to students who can provide proof of enrollment at public schools located in the surrounding area.
MARÍA JOSÉ ORDÓÑEZ
María José Ordóñez is a Mexican artist, researcher, and toy design specialist. She graduated with a degree in Visual Communication from Centro de Diseño, Cine y Televisión (CENTRO) in 2020. Her work is distinguished by its exploration of speculative design, the relationship between childhood, war-related toys, and the impact of sound and objects within social environments.
