Bandelletas

Plataforma, in collaboration with Museo Cabañas and the Andrógina Festival (#AndroginaFest), invites you to the family workshop Bandelletas, led by Laura Bordes, Emi Ramírez, Daniel Román, and Helios García.

Drawing on the work of artists who have become icons of the LGBTIQ+ community, we will explore some of the stories, symbols, and meanings found in sexual diversity flags. Afterwards, we will decorate edible cookies inspired by them and create an image that represents our own way of being and connecting with others. Plataforma invites you to share a Sunday morning of creativity, togetherness, and conversation.

The activity includes a brief letterpress exercise with movable type to print a word that accompanies what we choose to champion.
