Ugo Rondinone

Demian Mondragón (from La Consultoría) presents the transversal tour Portales de lo simbólico of Ugo Rondinone's long last happy at Arte Abierto. Aimed at teenagers and adults.

In this journey through Ugo Rondinone's long last happy exhibition, we will review the deep connections between the artist's works and the world of symbols, the unconscious and psychology.

Rondinone's sculptures and participatory drawings of the sun and the moon will act as portals to access the plane of the symbolic and read the works from the perspective of the collective unconscious. In this way we will analyze our own relationship with the cosmos, the importance of imagination in childhood and resilience, using examples from art history and psychological approaches to these themes.
