Nordenhake, the Swedish gallery, with offices in Stockholm and Berlin, opened a space in Mexico in 2018. Since its arrival in the country, the gallery has promoted projects developed in the context of the local and regional scene in Mexico with the objective to generate and detonate dialogues between artistic productions in Europe and Latin America. After two years without having an established place, Galerie Nordenhake has decided to settle permanently in the Roma neighborhood, with a space designed and remodeled by the young Mexican architect Frida Escobedo (Mexico City, 1979). Under the direction of its partner, the curator and art historian Toni Sarduní Viñas, the gallery will inaugurate its space on December 3, 2020.
