Casa Taller is a space dedicated to the study and making of ceramics where you will find permanent classes in manual construction and pottery, membership plans for artists, a showroom for pieces for sale, and proposals from various guest artist workshops.
The work that everyone develops here is completely personalized and free, taking into account individual interests and the needs of their production, in this way at Casa Taller each one advances at their own pace. High and low temperature clays are used as required and glazes resulting from research carried out in the workshop.
People who seek to introduce or deepen the technique and knowledge of the material as well as develop artistic projects receiving the necessary technical support for their development are welcome.
Casa Taller has an artistic ceramics classroom, a pottery's wheel, a room for members and a kiln space. You can choose between regular workshops, attending one day a week, or as a member designing your own attendance calendar.
Located in the Narvarte neighborhood, Casa Taller opened its doors in 2021, with the aim of being a meeting point and a shared workplace for people who like to make ceramics. The project is created and managed by visual artist Marisol Monroy.
