Estancia Femsa - Casa Luis Barragán

Estancia Femsa is a cultural and artistic program hosted by Casa Luis Barragán which started in 2015. With the artistic direction of Eugenia Braniff, the initiative introduces a series of exhibitions, interventions, performance, academic activities and editorial content that dialogue with the historical context offered by the house, built in 1948, as well as the heritage of Luis Barragán. The curatorial program invites artists to reflect our current context, and echo the creative sensibility of the architect. The annual program develops a minimum of eight activities per year. Simultaneously, an activation of the Femsa Collection - recognized as one of the most important in Latin America - is presented minimum once a year, showcasing an artwork in the House.
