Founded in 2014 by Montserrat Castañón, Ángulo Cero was born as a space to think about design from an artistic perspective. Its curatorial approach inclines towards the experimentation of materials and formal languages, commissioning collections for a sophisticated market inside and outside of Mexico.
Throughout the years, Ángulo Cero has positioned itself as a reference for a generation that transits and promotes the fertile intersection between art and design.
Ángulo Cero works with artists and designers both from Mexico and from abroad. Some of the gallery’s closest creatives include José María Balmaceda, Luisa Restrepo, Sumie García, ADHOC, Thierry Jeannot, Karian Amaya, Abel Zavala, Carsten Lemme, Daniel Berman, and María García Ibáñez.
