Paola de la Peña

Centro Cultural Plaza Fátima invites to the opening of the exhibition Querida Paty, a project by Paola de la Peña.

Her artistic proposal consists of an installation as a tribute to her aunt.

Patricia de la Peña, who inherited her 25 paintings from different stages of her life. Paola decided to combine the paintings in order to create a single piece of 6 meters width and 4 meters high, that represent together more than 50 years. On the surface of this piece, Paola will show a projection with audivisual representations from the time when Patricia grew, supported on interviews that Paola did to her family and friends. The opening will include performatic elements that reflect life aspects of her relative.
