Letras en rebeldía: Mujeres libres de nuestra historia

During the month of November, the municipality of San Pedro Garza García will host conferences, classes, workshops, plays, exhibitions and activities around the writing, life and times of Sor Juana. Letters in rebellion: Free women of our history, a program developed by the Ministry of Culture of San Pedro, is dedicated this year to the writer Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. This program celebrates a collaboration agreement for the Cultural Development of Nuevo León aimed at supporting municipalities within the framework of the State Fund for the Promotion of Community and Municipal Cultures of the State Secretariat of Culture. This edition of Free Women of our history was possible thanks to a close collaboration between the Department of Art and Heritage of the Secretary of Culture of San Pedro and the University of the Cloister of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz.
