The Centro Cultural Plaza Fátima presents Las formas del vacío this Thursday, August 3 at 8:00 pm, where different exhibitions are shown as part of the same curatorial axis:

  • Kai Garza, Equilibrio dinámico. A space where duality is exposed without a fixed state.
  • Mauricio Villarreal, The spider holds a silver ball in unperceived hands: "Through his works, Villarreal invites us to reflect on the duality of the spider's web, which not only represents a fragile and underappreciated construction, but also a powerful mechanism of nutrition and guidance. With this, he seeks to generate a metaphor for his search for identity within a rigid and conservative society such as Monterrey, the city where he grew up".

  • Amatoria, Amar no es llenar los espacios vacíos: Love as opposed to the need to fill spaces. If loving is not filling in the empty spaces, what is?
  • Trubaik, Un lugar en el que habito: When I live in this moment I feel good being who I am, between holes and cavities that take me back to playing hide and seek alone and finding myself.
