Gustavo Villegas

Starting September 3, Heart Ego will simultaneously present the following exhibitions by three major talents: Impermanencia, by artist Gustavo Villegas in the North Room of the gallery; (Un)extinct, by Colombian artist Mateo Pizarro in the Sala Oriente; Whole Picture: An NFT Project, by Héctor Falcón in collaboration with Strata Gallery.

Villegas will present multiple compositions in watercolor, ink, and paintings whose pigments he chemically manipulates to accelerate wear processes, a sculptural installation in concrete and one more on the wall.
