Galería Chica presents the collective exhibition Solo foto at Parque 45.

An exhibition of the sudden format will take place in the exhibition hall of Parque 45 in the Chapalita neighborhood, opening on Tuesday, February 1 at 7 pm, followed by a tribute talk to photographer José Hernández Claire on Thursday, February 3. February at 7 pm and a closing event on Friday, February 4 at 7 pm.

This exhibition brings together Aureliano, Bernardo Orduño, César Girón, Gaal D. Cohen, José Hernández Claire, José Martínez Verea, Leonardo Herrera, Milo Medina, Mónica Cárdenas, Oliver Pendragón, Óscar Fernández, Sergio Garibay, Rafael del Río, Rodrigo González Castellanos , Ursula Hernández, Yair Sikorski, Zaira González Bea to present exclusively one work (photograph only) of each of them. Since its discovery, photography has caused a revolution to reach everyone on cell phones, we all live day by day based on photos, we are a sum of the images that we capture on our phones, on our analog or digital cameras. That is why this selection of artists, most of whom are well-known photographers from the city, were invited to submit only one photo.

The pieces presented in the exhibition will be available for physical sale or through the Galería Chica website.

Curated by Alejandra Munguía, Director of Galería Chica, and Gaal D. Cohen, who coordinates and directs the new exhibition space in Parque 45.

The tribute to José Hernández Claire is because one cannot think of photography in Guadalajara without resorting to all his work around this medium, especially in photojournalism. That it's important to give him a space with this talk to remember him.
