Raúl Guerrero

Plataforma presents the first institutional solo exhibition in Mexico by Raúl Guerrero, curated by Sacha Craddock. Throughout a distinguished career spanning the United States and Mexico, Guerrero has developed a practice that unfolds across painting, sculpture, and printmaking—where reflection and materiality are mutually implicated, integrating diverse media into a continuous flow of inquiry.

The exhibition explores the artist’s ability to articulate, through a single hand, images that acknowledge the dual nature of visual language: its power to represent, but also to veil the past. Through these signs, Guerrero reveals how images both construct and blur memory.
