Curated by Espacio Cabeza and Materia de Dibujo/Drawing Issues

Mítica primitiva is a collective exhibition curated by Espacio Cabeza and Materia de Dibujo/Drawing Issues that brings together the work of fourteen artists to explore a fraction of contemporary drawing practices in the contemporary art scene in Mexico. The exhibition investigates the processes of production and research on the practice of drawing, its connections, and links with other disciplines, its symbiosis with other techniques and supports, among other ways of operating. The exhibition seeks to raise funds for the development and maintenance of the library “No existe tal cosa como una biblioteca” (There is no such thing as a library).
