Dora García | Ficciones. Narratividad en el arte contemporáneo

As part of the exhibition Ficciones. Narratividad en el arte contemporáneo, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday a group of performers will activate the piece Palabras imposadas by Dora García. Using headphones to listen to interviews with great Latin American writers, the performers write, annotate and draw on a notebook as a translation of those words. This exercise is undertaken in a personal way, allowing each performer to unfold their own thoughts and experiences. Listening thus becomes an exercise in interpretation and subjectivation, which is offered to the public through notes, drawings and graphics, without the public having access to hearing the writers’ words.

Tuesdays and Saturdays in March | 14 — 18h Thursdays in March | 18 — 22h

Free admission — Sala Luis Barragán — Youth and adults.
