Dolor Local X

Dolor Local was born in Guadalajara in 2015 as a collective and urgent gesture to give visibility to graphic, editorial, and artistic practices happening outside traditional art circuits. Over the past ten years, the project has established itself as an independent platform focused on the work of artists, designers, illustrators, writers, and publishers who share a critical, experimental, and deeply situated vision.

For three days, Centro de Vida La Perla will host its tenth edition, bringing together more than 180 projects from the independent, local, national, and international scenes. The program includes print sales, musical performances, live acts, talks, workshops, tattoos, and screen printing.

In 2025, Dolor Local celebrates a decade as a platform that has gathered, supported, and made visible the work of independent artistic practices in Mexico.
