Yo y mis amigos jugamos en la 2da división del fútbol mexicano

As part of the Don’t Stop Believin’ exhibition, Pequod Co. invites you to the special talk, Yo y mis amigos jugamos en la 2da división del fútbol mexicano at 1pm to explore the processes and parallels between art, culture, and soccer.

The event will feature Jaca Pineda, cultural manager and co-founder of the Hooogar collective (focused on marginal and relational aesthetics and unexplored media in Mexico and Latin America); Panu, creator and founder of the clothing brand Deportiva Uno; and Alejandro Manzanero, a visual artist from Yucatán who presents the installation LA OFICINA, a space where the workplace is transformed into an emotional projection and soccer emerges as a means of escape from the wear and tear of daily life.
