The table can be a place of contrasts, of encounters and misencounters, of chiaroscuro, of salt and honey, of celebration and solitude, of excesses and shortages. And these elements interposed on the table/stage will become indispensable to create an ensemble with music, words and cuisine. The third Sobremesa meeting is called Desmesura y frugalidad. With this theme the invited artists will form a banquet with the minimum and maximum of their ideas, sounds, silences, temperance and voracity of the instant through improvisation.
