Rehabitar el silencio

As part of the activities of the exhibition Rehabitar el silencio, Patricia Conde Galería Patricia Conde Gallery will hold a discussionwith Karen Cordero, art historian and independent curator, and Fernanda Ramos Mena, manager and independent curator. They will talk with the artists Ana Blumenkron, Tania Bohórquez and Sylvana Burns and the curator of the exhibition, Paola Dávila.

As Dávila, curator of the exhibition, writes, the artists present work produced in other countries, but which establishes a dialogue with their place of origin. Trauma, incest, power and control over the body: social violence exercised mainly on women are concepts that run through the production of these three artists who start from their own bodies or those of others to re-inhabit them.
