Drawing Issues has developed over the last ten years an important bibliographic collection specialized primarily in drawing books and their relationship with other fields of knowledge, as well as the history and theory of the arts, visual culture and contemporary art.

In an alliance with Espacio Cabeza, the library takes the form of an exhibition microformat by linking its bibliographic collection with current artistic production, initially inviting the artists Karian Amaya, Jorge Méndez Blake, Javier M. Rodríguez, Cynthia Gutiérrez, Carlos Ranc and Sayuri Sánchez to carry out a site-specific work, with the idea of ​​questioning the meaning of a library.

Project organized under the curatorship of Caroline Montenat, founder and director of Materia de Pintura / Drawing Issues, and Marco Valtierra, artistic director of Espacio Cabeza, with the support of the Patronato de Arte Contemporáneo (PAC).
