M.A Estudio

Mooni presents the intervention of the creative collective M.A Estudio, within its gallery space in the Condesa neighborhood, which brings together a careful selection of pieces made in different communities in the states of Oaxaca, Chiapas, Guerrero, the State of Mexico, and Michoacán. and Mexico City.

With an intention and aesthetic similar to Mooni's project, M.A is a studio committed to the preservation of traditions and the promotion of Mexican art and design, which has managed to merge contemporary practices with ancient artisan methods in its work thanks to its focus on the fair trade, social responsibility and care for the environment.

In the exhibition on display at Mooni, you will find previously unpublished pieces of art and decoration made by new artisan communities; you will be able to see wool and cotton textiles, wooden sculptures, embroideries, a unique edition of palm hats and more.
