YO STUDIO presents Bordando una Casa, a solo exhibition by Julieta Labrada, curated by Atenas Orozco.

The exhibition brings together a selection of works in which Julieta Labrada uses textile as a medium to reflect on desire and the ways in which bodies are crossed by norms, affections, and violence. Through humor and a careful exploration of materiality, the artist re-signifies practices and objects from the domestic sphere, revealing their potential as spaces of resistance and freedom.
