The ball is one of the essential elements of soccer. Before stadiums, professional leagues, or television broadcasts, there is the ball itself. Throughout history, millions of people have played with improvised objects: compressed paper, bags, fabric, stones, or even cardboard. In dialogue with the exhibition El que la cambia la falla by Mario García Torres with Jorge Campos, the Museo de Arte de Zapopan invites you to La pelota infinita, a workshop led by D.H.O.S. (Lino Vite and Miriam Rodriguez).

Participants will create their own balls using reclaimed materials. Through a brief exploration of the history of the ball and its presence in contemporary art, the workshop will investigate handmade fabrication methods to create playable objects using resources found in everyday life.
