Visual and sound explorations of the personal and family heritage of three visual artists descended from Bracero Program workers in Mexico (1942-1964), whose objective was to bring Mexican agricultural workers to the United States in the face of the labor crisis that the country went through due to the Second World War. Agricultural workers were called "braceros" because their work was done with their arms. The Bracero Program represented a migratory movement that would forever change the economic, diplomatic, and social relations between Mexico and the United States. With this curatorial proposal we reflect on it to investigate the present from past actions.
