Casa Equis presents Papiel by Diana Bama.

Understanding the skin as a canvas of memory and containment, Diana Bama uses the resource of painting to explore new ways of pouring the images she creates, back onto paper. In this way, she continues to investigate the relationship between women, animals and nature, reflecting on the emotional ties and magic that emanates from each of these elements. This project is an ode to the connection between us and other creatures, seeking to deepen the understanding of this fundamental bond. In this exhibition, Diana shares with us the result of a work in which she seeks new ways of representing, she is inspired by her pieces on skin, changing perspective and form, challenging her methodology and seeking growth in work of her.
