Collective Security Blanket by La Pinche Adultez

Avant.Dev invites you to participate in a special #felting session organized by Stay Curious Club and taught by La Pinche Adultez by Ingrid León & Ana Armitage, a women's duo whose work reveals new ways of establishing relationships through artistic processes.

The idea of ​​creating a Collective Security Blanket comes from a dialogue and reflection between both artists: "about the spaces and people that make us feel safe, even in situations where we feel comfortable with each other." Through the felting technique, a creative environment will be created with the guidance of the artist duo, to find a relationship between meditation, softness and matter. During the workshop, each member will create a 40 x 40 cm piece, which will be joined as a blanket with all the pieces created through experiences, objects, places, thoughts or events that cause security for each one. Free workshop with materials included, only 30 tickets available.
