Aldo Álvarez Tostado

pudor espiritual, an exhibition curated by Bruno Enciso and presented by guadalajara90210, establishes a dialogue between the life and work of Luis Barragán and queer art of the 20th century—specifically the cinematic movement known as the queer new wave, which emerged during the final years of Barragán’s life. For the exhibition, Aldo Álvarez Tostado presents a series of sculptural works and site-specific installations at Casa Cristo, one of the first residences designed by Barragán and perhaps his most experimental work from his Guadalajara period.

During art week, it will open from Thursday to Sunday, from 11am to 7pm.
