Drawing, sculpture, installation, painting, and photography address bodily transformation in dialogue with the biological phenomenon of plant fasciation within the urban landscape, particularly in cacti, where growth spills beyond its “natural” axis due to genetic, environmental, or traumatic alterations. This organic anomaly becomes a material metaphor for the transmasculine body: a body that grows outside expected forms, adapting and persisting within contexts not designed for its existence.
