Thematic tour and workshop
Workshop
-> Mar 7 – Mar 15
Centro Cultural de España en México (CCEMx) invites the public to take part in Entre símbolos, cuerpxs y memoria a thematic tour and commemorative workshop that brings together heritage, contemporary art, and collective reflection.
The program proposes exploring this space through different questions: How has feminine identity been constructed over time? Which memories have been silenced? How do art and legal frameworks engage today with gender-based violence?
Accompanied by the CCEMx Mediation Team, participants will move through various areas of the venue—from the Site Museum of the Calmécac to the exhibitions sadopitnA, by Larisa Escobedo, and El ojo desarmado—sparking critical conversations around identity, memory, the representation of the body, gender violence, and shared social responsibility.
The experience concludes with a workshop in which each participant transforms their reflections into a personal graphic piece through writing, drawing, or collage.
More than a guided tour, it is an invitation to walk, question, and create collectively around March 8 M.
