Taller Nacional
In February 2026, Taller Nacional presents CAMARADAS, a project that brings together invited designers and creators in an exhibition of functional pieces conceived for the spaces we inhabit.
The exhibition takes place at Taller Nacional’s showroom in the Juárez neighborhood, joining the city’s cultural calendar at a key moment for design and contemporary art.
CAMARADAS is conceived as a shared presentation in which different practices, scales, and visual languages coexist within a single space. The exhibition centers on making—on relationships with materials and on objects meant for everyday use—fostering a horizontal dialogue between pieces, processes, and contexts.
The exhibition features the participation of nine invited studios and designers, in addition to Taller Nacional, each presenting a single piece within the collective display. Participants list are:
The exhibition will be open to the public from Friday, February 6 through Sunday, February 8, from 12:00 to 6:00 pm, at the Taller Nacional showroom.
Afterwards, CAMARADAS can be visited through February 27 by appointment via hola@tallernacional.com
As part of the public program, Brunch Camaradas will take place on Saturday, February 7, from 12:00 to 8:00 pm, a daytime gathering designed to welcome the creative community. That same day, at 7:00 pm, a performance by Veneno will be presented, featuring a piece from their project Música Sensación in collaboration with B.A.S.
In addition to CAMARADAS, Taller Nacional will be present across various contexts throughout Art Week, including collaborations within Zona MACO with Galería Karen Huber, as well as Curro, and an intervention at the Museo Tamayo, reinforcing its active role within the contemporary design and art ecosystem.
