CONDO MEXICO CITY 2026

CONDO, the international galery-sharing initiative founded in London in 2016, returns to Mexico City in April 2026, reaffirming its model of exchange and collaboration within the contemporary art ecosystem.From April 23–26, 14 local galleries will host international galleries, sharing their spaces to present joint exhibitions. The format offers an alternative to the traditional art fair model, fostering more direct and organic relationships between artists, gallerists, curators, and collectors. This year’s edition will bring together galleries from San Sebastián, San Francisco, London, Madrid, São Paulo, Chicago, Amsterdam, Taipei, Rio de Janeiro, and Hong Kong, among others, creating a dynamic exhibition circuit across the city. Operating outside the structure of art fairs, CONDO proposes a slower, more collaborative way of experiencing contemporary art—one embedded within the city’sgallery landscape.
