    Culinary tasting featuring different types of salt: On Thursday, June 4, from 2 to 4 pm, a culinary tasting led by artist Ana Sofía Esteva will be presented by Servidor Local within the framework of the exhibition Acumulaciones (particula)res. This activity centers on the sensory exploration of salt, a fundamental element in the construction of flavor, acting as an agent that defines nuance within the gastronomic experience. Participants are invited to identify the subtle differences between various salts and reflect on their role in cooking: an essential presence that, while often overlooked, underpins and profoundly transforms each preparation.

    ANA SOFÍA ESTEVA: Born in Mexico City (2000), she is an artist and curator who graduated from the Visual Arts program at La Esmeralda (ENPEG). Her multidisciplinary practice, which explores the subtleties of the everyday, has reached significant milestones, including her solo exhibitions Como la sal en la comida (2024) and Vahos (2025). In addition to her international presence in spaces across London, Switzerland, and India, she has developed a dual career with notable curatorial work for institutions such as the Biblioteca de México and the Red de Arte Mexicano.
