Fundación CALOSA

Fundación CALOSA seeks to encourage the production and dissemination of contemporary art from and toward the Bajío region in Mexico, with a strong commitment to the production of Mexican art. This project began with the creation of Colección CALOSA, a collection that includes works by national and international artists. Alongside the collection, Espacio CALOSA was established as a nonprofit space open to the public, dedicated to the exhibition and promotion of contemporary artistic production, as well as to the development of educational programs. Fundación CALOSA also collaborates in the conception, development, and production of commissioned works both at Espacio CALOSA and off-site, in partnership with other contemporary art agents.
