El Palmar invites you to the Con-sentir-te Workshop taught by Carla Fernanda Zavala.

Con-senitr-te is a social art therapy project focused on generating the habit of working on the six areas of self-care that human beings should put into practice for a dignified quality of life. Education is the means to the end sought and that is why workshops are implemented in different parts of the country to inform the population and provide necessary tools. In this way, we seek to influence society in a positive way, generate healthy habits and put the issue of physical and mental health into practice.

Carla Fernanda Zavala Lic. Carla Fernanda Zavala, general practitioner, art therapist, visual artist, entrepreneur, twerk teacher and activist with more than 4 years of experience in these areas. Founder of the DOMUM social project “Ayudar just for wanting to help”, currently active in CDMX and San Juan del Río, Querétaro, where self-care activities are carried out for a dignified life, using art therapy as a means of action with a gender perspective, youth, multi-actor, territorial and human rights approach, taking as a guide compliance with the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda proposed by the UN. She is a speaker on topics of sexual health, mental health, menstrual hygiene and health prevention and winner of Ambassadors 2030 by the Youth Secretariat of the state of Querétaro with her project “Art therapy for mental health”.
