The Ibero-American Center for Photo and Film Studies (CIBEF) launches the Residency in film production.
The cinematographic production residency is planned as a face-to-face academic immersion experience focused in film production, which will allow a real experience and the developing of a feature film project making use of the extension, diversity, structural and logistic possibilities of Mexico City, guided by directors, screenwriters, cinematographers, producers and expert teachers who will bring customized advisory and on-site networking labors in CIBEF installations in Colonia Roma. In addition, students will visit emblematic places that conform cinema industry.
Students will autonomously build the production folder of the movie on development according to the academic content program. This document will be the mock-up for starting the resource management, project proyections, etc.
This project is leaded to:
Professional filmmakers: producers, directors and screenwriters; interested in developing a cinematographic project of fiction or documentary. Distinguished by high technical and creative value for introducing themselves into the cinematographic production world in a diverse, technological and multicultural city. Participants must join with a feature film script or narrative structure of a documentary project.

Opening of the call: Wednesday, May 1.
Closing of the call: Friday June 24, 24:00 hrs. (Central CDMX time).
Results: Thursday, June 30.
Stay: From July 15 to 30.
