Presentation of Mandacaru Editorial in Mexico

Salón Silicón and Nikté Cósmica invite you to the presentation of Mandacaru, a collective, feminist and independent editorial project, self-managed by women activists and academics from Argentina and Brazil. The publishing house finds, rescues, translates, and publishes cis and trans, Afro-descendant, native, and white Portuguese-speaking writers from Brazil, Africa, and Portugal.

Join Valeria Angola, Scarlet Estrada and Marbella Figueroa, part of Afrochingonas, an anti-racist and interdisciplinary project in CDMX, to comment on pain, a concept created by Vilma Piadade, Afro-Brazilian philosopher.
