Fractura Sonora

Arróniz presents Fractura Sonora by Lucía Hinojosa Gaxiola and Lorena Mal. Curated by Anna Dusi.

This exhibition uses sound as a tool for knowledge and storytelling, emerging from reflection, discovery, and vulnerability, and shaping a tangible sonic memory within the space.

Fractura sonora is the archaeological sound that generates maps and channels—an unstoppable noise that produces fractures between sound and history.

The artists create a landscape of value and rediscovery, open to debate or restructuring through their practices.

Despite their diversity, the works share an immersive sonic use, where sound and space become agents of new perceptual modalities.

This audio accompanies the exhibition experience with an oral reflection on the pieces and their processes, allowing us to delve even deeper into their artistic journey.

Enjoy the listening.
