Screening night in La Cueva
A screening programmed by Gonzalo Reyes Rodríguez and Jared Quinton presented in the frame of Metteur-en-scène exhibition in Terremoto La Postal.
The videos of this projection reveal the radical contingency of memory, both historical and personal, and the insufficiency of conventional documentary means to make the past readable in the present. Combining still and moving images, animation, sound and text, each piece has been selected for its relationship with the exhibition Metteur-en-scène by the artist Gonzalo Reyes, organized by Jared Quinton for Terremoto La La Postal.
