Gallery Weekend Mexico

Since 2013, year over year, Gallery Weekend México brings together collectors, art professionals and art enthusiasts through an exciting exhibition program in the city’s leading galleries. The eighth edition will take place from November 5th to 7th.

A strong line-up of 56 leading galleries, artist-run spaces and design galleries will present the highest quality of works across all media, from historical to new works by today’s emerging artistic voices.

Standing out a new generation of galleries representing emerging artists with inclusive, committed and risky proposals.

The inclusion of design stands out as well; a discipline that joins the Gallery Weekend Program for the first time with a selection of galleries committed to collectible design.

The increase in the selection of artist-run spaces in this year's edition responds to the relevance that these spaces have had historically in the local scene and confirms a global trend that is reconfiguring the art offer around the world.

Gallery Weekend México invites once again collectors, art professionals and art enthusiasts to discover art in the most relevant galleries in the city, to meet the artists and recover the city with art as a motive and the city as the stage.
