Momoroom presents the individual exhibition Néctar by Emilia García.

In Néctar by Emilia García, lines turn into spaces of expression where little can be controlled. A series of pieces about nature where, although things may seem fragile, the strokes are firm and random. Impulsively sketched, they raise the possibility of finding, inside the chaos, calm and beauty.

Emilia García. (México City, México) is a graduate of the E.N.P.E.G. “La Esmeralda” (2011-2015) She works and lives in CDMX. In her work she explores corporate branding and self-branding strategies; the relationship of these mechanisms with images, language, their reproduction, circulation, and their deployment on different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, galleries and art institutions. She uses media such as: drawing, painting, digital intervention, video, cosmetic materials and marketing language.
