El tejido secreto de la alegría

El tejido secreto de la alegría

Collaboration of Lou Peresandi with Sector Reforma (Javier Cárdenas Tavizon, Santino Escatel, Alejandro Fournier)

This exhibition is based on the collaborative work that we have permanently followed as an original strategy; The fundamental role in the imaginary construct of the ethos of “Sector Reforma”, said as a cultural entity, was created rhizomatically at the same time as the development of digital technologies and media forms that have allowed greater access to less elitist art. Aware of the importance that the graphic image, the visual language and the transdisciplinary multiculturalism that contemporary art requires to express its complex formations in the world of our time of increasingly labyrinthine media tug-of-war.

Of the graphic image that has been created, Lou Peresandi is the main author of this graphic isotopy of communication, the discipline of more than thirty years of experience is applied in the multiple exercises - without giving up experimentality - by which the proposals of Invitations open to the entire public have appeared on social networks and multiple platforms, not to mention the creation of the logo, the book, invitations and printed posters, Lou is the author. This project is a collaborative image of this ideological evolution of which we are witnesses and part, in which the conditions of neoliberal consumption are exposed that reify social relations between people mediated by alienated images under the sign of capital, of aesthetic and cultural exhaustion.

We must have a vigilant and active attitude in the time of social networks, and combatively denounce in the social and equality sense what must be defended.
