Lugar Usual presents the workshop Crear tortillas desde el juego by Santiago del Conde.

Extended workshop in which we will practice the steps in the nixtamal technique and the manufacture of tortillas, knowing the historical and cultural implication of corn and other crops linked to traditional cuisine in Mexico.

We will carry out cooking tests on a comal, on which we will stop to observe and record forms, languages and correspondences in the kitchen to create tortillas from the game.

Includes: Materials and food that will be prepared together with sauces and vegetable salad.
