Art Latinou presents a guided tour of Comentarios sobre la materia with Daniel Adolfo, one of the participating artists.

Far from understanding painting solely as a two-dimensional surface for representation, this exhibition proposes a reflection on the material itself: its texture, density, form of application, interaction with other elements and spatial possibilities.

Each artist offers a unique approach, from traditional techniques reinterpreted to more experimental interventions. The aim of this exhibition is to open a conversation about how painting is understood and used in contemporary practice, and how, through its material manipulation, artists generate new meanings, narratives and readings.
