Aura Arreola

The artist Aura Arreola presents Límbica, a performative installation that explores the acoustic and visual properties of water through fish tanks, microphones, and electronic devices. Movement, sound, and light intertwine in real time to create an immersive experience where body, instrument, and environment mutually transform one another.

Aura Arreola is an interdisciplinary artist, choreographer, and performer. Her practice combines expanded choreography, Butoh dance, and sound performance in unconventional spaces. Co-founder of Sociedad de Carne y Hueso, she has directed and performed installations and interventions in Mexico and Japan.
