Art and Activism

Biquini Wax invites the talk/workshop Art and Activism Workshop and interactive talk with the Canadian pianist Stefan Christoff about the intersections between artistic practice and political struggles such as those of migrants, unions, climate change, access to housing.

It is an open talk, an exchange, about the way in which the visual arts, music and other arts can be added to specific political campaigns of each context.

The idea is to talk in one of the BW studios, make a poster, flyer or sticker and go out and paste it together.

Stefan Christoff is a musician and activist with more than 20 years of experience organizing artists and activists in Montreal and other cities around the world.
