Founded in 2014, Taller Nacional celebrates its first decade in 2025 with a series of actions that pay tribute to craft, community, and a distinct way of interpreting Mexican design.
Over the past ten years, they have designed with deep roots in Mexican culture, convinced that creating furniture also means creating bonds. Their story began in a workshop and has since expanded into projects that are now part of homes, restaurants, hotels, and cultural spaces in Mexico and abroad. Every collection, every piece, and every process reflects a single principle: working with skilled hands, local materials, and an aesthetic language that defines their vision of design—one that has allowed them to contribute, from their own place, to the collective construction of Mexico’s design industry.
This celebration marks a milestone in their history: it not only encapsulates what they have built, but also opens a new chapter. To commemorate their ten years, they are presenting a retrospective exhibition open to the public from October 9 to 19, as part of Design Month. The show brings together their most representative collections as a testament to a decade of work. They also unveil a new visual identity along with a new website, conceived both as a living archive of their trajectory and as a digital platform to give commercial life to what comes next.
